Siding takeoffs
Aerial Wall Measurement Reports
An aerial wall measurement report is the siding counterpart to a roof report: wall area you can estimate from, without a full day of measuring elevations. TrueRoofView sells it as its own product, starting at $36.00.
Three products, not one vague “exterior” file
Walls, $36.00, is wall areas and elevations for a siding estimate. Walls + Windows & Doors, $60.75, adds opening sizes and counts, which is what you need before you deduct windows from a field of lap siding or price trim. Full House, $81.90, is Premium roof plus walls plus windows and doors, for the job where the homeowner is replacing both.
A roof-only Premium PDF will not give you wall area. If you already know the squares and you are pricing siding, do not repurchase the roof tier. If you need both, Full House is the SKU built for that, instead of two guesses stapled together.
What aerial walls can see
Elevations from imagery are good at the broad faces: a two-story front, a gable end, a garage wall. They are weak where a fence, a porch roof, or a neighbor’s house blocks the wall, and they cannot open a courtyard the image never sees. Openings on the higher tier are only as good as the photo. A window hidden by a tree is a site check, not a number to defend.
We do not count studs, specify lap exposure, or tell you whether the substrate is foam, plywood, or concrete block. Florida CBS walls and a Minnesota lap-siding wall can share a square-foot figure and need completely different materials. The report is area and, on that tier, openings. Material and code stay with the contractor.
How this sits next to the roof report
Roof geometry is a different surface. Premium Roof is $21.83 and is described on the roof measurement report page. Ordering Walls does not include those squares. Ordering Full House does. Commercial roof SKUs do not include siding; a mixed-use building may need a commercial roof order and a separate look at the walls.
The public sample is a roof specimen. There is not a wall sample with a fictional address. Use the product descriptions on pricing as the scope, and use the order notes to say which structures count (“house only, exclude the shed”).
Ordering and coverage
The order path is the same as a roof: United States address, pin, confirm, pay. We serve addresses nationwide across the country wherever imagery is clear enough. A wall buried in ivy or shot only from a useless angle can fall under the imagery refund in the guarantee. Delivery for a standard order is still 30–60 minutes or free.
Siding contractors in Phoenix dealing with block and stucco, or in Minneapolis dealing with steep gables and little winter light, hit different photo problems. The SKU does not change. The note you type should.

Does a wall report include the roof?
Walls alone does not. Full House ($81.90) includes Premium roof measurements plus walls and openings.
Will you count every window?
The Windows & Doors tier includes openings and counts that the imagery supports. Verify openings on site, especially where trees or porches block the wall.
