Two big metros and the Ozarks

Roof Measurement Reports in Missouri

Missouri roof measurement reports cover a hail-and-ice Kansas City metro that spills into Kansas, a different housing stock in St. Louis, and Ozark roofs that are neither downtown.

Kansas City, including the Kansas side

The Kansas City page is the bi-state metro. There is no Kansas hub. Overland Park still orders. Hail and freeze-thaw are the story, and bruise counts are not the product. Use that page before you use this one if the pin is in the metro.

St. Louis and the Ozarks

St. Louis is older brick housing, humidity, and a mix of complex city roofs and suburban shingles, with more in common with parts of Illinois than with a new Johnson County subdivision. Flat-roofed additions and two-family buildings are common enough that the notes field matters: say which roof you priced. There is no St. Louis city page. Order the address and pin the right building if the lot has more than one roof. The Ozarks bring trees, slope, and cabins. Canopy is the imagery risk, closer to Atlanta than to a western Kansas City subdivision. Metal on a cabin is measurable as geometry and is not a specification.

Ice in valleys is a maintenance issue. Valley length is the measurement. We do not write an ice-barrier spec for St. Louis or for Springfield.

Statewide checkout

Every Missouri house uses $16.20 or $21.83. Commercial roofs in either city start at $44.10. Delivery is 30–60 minutes. Illinois and Kansas City’s plains neighbors are the adjacent reads. Nationwide United States coverage is what lets a Kansas address ride along with a Missouri hub.
