Independent comparison
Looking for an EagleView Alternative?
EagleView is a well-known aerial measurement company. TrueRoofView is a separate business, owned by Guini Productions LLC, if you want a per-report PDF with published prices starting at $16.20. We are not affiliated with EagleView, and EagleView is a trademark of its owner.
Compare the order, not a slogan
A fair comparison asks four questions: what the file contains, what format you receive, how long it takes, and whether you must join a subscription before you can buy one report. Marketing lines about accuracy are not a substitute for those answers.
At TrueRoofView the residential Bid Report is $16.20 and Premium Roof is $21.83. You pay for that report only. Checkout is Stripe. The PDF is due in 30–60 minutes of payment, or it is free under our delivery guarantee. The sample shows the Premium layout on a fake house.
We do not publish EagleView’s current prices, bundles, or file formats. Those change, and a number copied from an old blog post would mislead you. Read their rate card, then put it next to our pricing. Our 2026 cost comparison page is written the same way: our prices in full, theirs left to them.
Where TrueRoofView is a poor fit
Stay with a vendor you already integrated if your workflow depends on a native file we do not produce. We deliver a PDF. We do not attach an ESX, XML, or other estimating-software file. Estimators who work in Xactimate can still use the squares, pitch, and linear lengths; that workflow is described on the ESX page, including the limit.
We also will not pretend a measurement report replaces a company you use for historical imagery, claims integrations, or a drone program. Some contractors compare Hover, RoofSnap, GAF QuickMeasure, and similar tools in the same search. We are not affiliated with them either, and we do not quote their prices.
What you can verify before you switch a single job
Open the sample. Check whether you need only squares and pitch (Basic) or edge lengths (Premium). Price one real address on our order form and, if you wish, on the other vendor the same day. Deliver both to the person who writes your proposals and ask which file they can actually estimate from.
Coverage on our side is United States addresses nationwide, limited by imagery. If trees or snow hide the roof, we refund rather than invent a trace. That rule is in the refund policy, and it should be one of the questions you ask any aerial vendor.
A straight recommendation
Choose TrueRoofView when you want a published per-report price, a PDF, and a short delivery clock, and your estimator is willing to read those measurements into whatever software you already use. Choose another vendor when you need a file format, an integration, or a service we do not sell. Either choice is legitimate. The expensive mistake is assuming two brand names produce the same deliverable.
Questions
Is TrueRoofView part of EagleView?
No. TrueRoofView is owned and operated by Guini Productions LLC. EagleView is a separate company. We are not a reseller and we are not affiliated.
Why is there no EagleView price on this page?
Competitor prices change by product and account. Reprinting a figure we cannot check at their checkout would be misleading. Compare their current rate card with our published prices.
Do you deliver the same file format as EagleView?
We deliver a PDF measurement report. We do not claim to match another company’s software exports, diagram tools, or account integrations.
What does TrueRoofView charge?
Residential reports start at $16.20 for a Bid Report and $21.83 for Premium Roof. Commercial bids start at $44.10. There is no subscription.
