Roof Measurement Reports in San Antonio, TX
San Antonio roof reports split between concrete and clay tile on newer stucco houses and composition shingles closer to the center of the city. Hill Country storms add hail. The PDF measures the roof you have, not the storm you remember.
Tile in the suburbs, shingles inside the loop
Drive north and west and the roofs turn to tile on hip frames, often with several intersecting valleys. Those valleys are why a footprint trace understates the material problem: tile waste and hip caps do not fall out of a single area number. Premium is built for that roof. Inside Loop 410, older neighborhoods are more often asphalt, sometimes with flat-roofed additions and carports that need a yes or no in the order notes.
Limestone and stucco are wall systems. If the bid is siding or stucco area, that is a wall report, not a larger roof order. We will not convert roof squares into tile weight. Weight depends on the product you specify.
Heat, hail, and flash floods
San Antonio is hotter and generally drier than Houston, and it still sees hail from Hill Country storms. We will not map hail hits. Flash flooding is a street and creek problem; it is not a pitch problem, and we do not produce elevation certificates.
Open suburban lots image cleanly. Live oaks over older streets do not. If canopy covers a slope, expect either a note that the slope is uncertain or a refund if the whole roof is hidden. Military-adjacent housing uses the same checkout as any other United States address.
How this page differs from Austin
Austin sees more standing-seam metal as a design choice. San Antonio’s tell is tile. Both cities order at the same prices: $16.20 Basic, $21.83 Premium. Dallas is the hail-alley shingle page, Houston is the Gulf page, and the Texas hub is the statewide overview. Turnaround does not depend on which interstate you use.
Questions
Do you measure concrete tile roofs in San Antonio?
Yes. Tile hips and valleys are a reason to order Premium, which includes edge lengths. We measure area; we do not weigh the tile.
Is a Basic report enough for a tile hip?
Often no. Basic ($16.20) is area and predominant pitch. Hip and valley lengths are a Premium ($21.83) scope.
Do you cover New Braunfels and the Hill Country edge?
Yes, when the address is in the United States and the imagery is clear. This page is about San Antonio itself.
Will you identify hail damage?
No. Damage, bruising, and claim payment are outside a measurement report.
