How Much Does an EagleView Report Cost?
EagleView’s price is whatever EagleView charges for the product and account you actually buy. This page does not invent that number. It shows TrueRoofView’s published November 2026 prices and a way to compare them without a recycled screenshot.
The useful answer, separated by company
Search results often quote a single EagleView price from a third-party article. Those articles disagree with each other, and they go stale. If you need their number, ask for a current quote or read their own pricing page on the day you order. Write down the product name, not just the dollar figure, because a residential report and a premium diagram are not the same SKU at any vendor.
TrueRoofView’s prices are the ones in the table below and on pricing. As of November 5, 2026, the residential Bid Report is $16.20, Premium Roof is $21.83, and the residential 3D tier is $44.10. Walls start at $36.00. Commercial Bid is $44.10, Commercial Premium is $72.00, and Commercial 3D is $89.10. That is the whole catalog. No minimum order and no monthly fee.
How to compare two quotes on the same house
Pick one address. Order, or price, the closest matching product from each company on the same day. Then line up the deliverables, not the logos.
- Format: we provide a PDF. If you need a native estimating file, confirm the other vendor actually includes it.
- Contents: squares and predominant pitch, or also per-facet pitch and edge lengths. Missing hips make a cheap report expensive at the supplier.
- Clock: our guarantee is 30–60 minutes from payment on a standard order, with stated exceptions.
- Failures: if imagery cannot support a measure, we refund. Ask the other company what they do.
- Subscription: a low per-report price can hide a required plan. Ours does not.
What these prices do not buy
Neither a low price nor a famous brand turns an aerial estimate into a survey or an inspection. Our terms tell you to verify critical dimensions on site. A report also does not include permits, wind-mitigation forms, or a statement that a carrier will accept the roof.
If the only question is “what will this cost me at TrueRoofView,” you can stop at the table and order. If you are deciding whether to leave a vendor your office already knows, use the checklist above and the longer notes on the EagleView alternative page. Bring your estimator into that decision. They are the ones who have to build the proposal from the file.
Why commercial and wall reports cost more here
They are different products, not a surge price on the same house report. A commercial bid describes sectioned and low-slope roofs. A wall report is siding area, and the openings tier adds window and door counts. Full House combines Premium roof measurements with walls and openings. Compare a house SKU with a house SKU.
The roof report cost guide answers the broader question of what a measurement report costs when EagleView is not the comparison.
