Desert and high country

Roof Measurement Reports in Arizona

Arizona roof measurement reports fail when someone treats the whole state as Phoenix tile. The desert lowlands and the high country around Flagstaff are different roofs, different snow, and the same price.

The Valley, Tucson, and everywhere flat and sunny

The Phoenix page is the desert metro: concrete tile, HOA habits, foam and membrane flats, and clear imagery. Tucson is the same desert family without a cloned page. Older asphalt and flat roofs still exist in both cities. Do not send every address through a tile assumption. Commercial flats belong on a commercial SKU. We do not certify foam condition or underlayment.

High country

Flagstaff and the Arizona mountains get snow and a shingle or metal roof that would look ordinary in Colorado and bizarre if you specified Phoenix tile by habit. Winter images can bury the eaves. The refund rule is the same as Denver and Minneapolis: no visible edge, no invented outline. We also do not calculate snow load at 7,000 feet. Pitch is not a structural number. Crews that work both elevations should keep two habits: tile hips in the desert usually want edge lengths, and a snow-covered high-country roof should wait for a clear image rather than a rushed square count.

Yuma, the river communities, and the rest of the low desert order without pages of their own. Dust does not usually hide a roof the way an oak canopy does. A recent reroof can still be newer than the photo. Say so in the notes.

Prices ignore elevation

A Flagstaff house and a Scottsdale house are $16.20 or $21.83. Delivery is 30–60 minutes when we can see the surface. Wall area for block and stucco is a separate wall product. The state does not get a climate surcharge.

No. Tile area is measurable. Underlayment, cracks, and foam condition are not in the report.

Do high-country roofs cost more?

No. Premium is $21.83 in Flagstaff and in Phoenix.

Can you measure a snow-covered mountain roof?

Only if the edges show. Otherwise we refund the order.
