One state, several roof climates
Roof Measurement Reports in Texas
Texas roof measurement reports cover more than one climate. Hail in the north, tropical wind and rain on the Gulf, tile in San Antonio, and a metal-and-oak mix in Austin are different jobs that share one checkout.
Four metros, four reasons the tier changes
Dallas is composition shingle in a hail region. The report will not count bruises. It will give squares and, on Premium, the hips you need after a storm week. Houston mixes suburban shingles with a large low-slope commercial stock and a coastal windstorm-insurance process we do not replace. If a carrier wants a windstorm inspection, that is not this PDF.
San Antonio is where concrete and clay tile on stucco houses make a footprint trace look cheap and then fail at the supplier. Austin adds standing-seam metal and live-oak canopy. Metal gets edge lengths on Premium. Canopy gets a refund when we cannot see the planes. West Texas and the Rio Grande Valley do not have city pages. A Midland address and a McAllen address are still United States orders: high-plains wind and border heat, same rate card, same imagery rule.
What stays constant from El Paso to Beaumont
The Bid Report is $16.20 and Premium Roof is $21.83 in every Texas city. Commercial buildings start at $44.10. There is no hail-season multiplier and no coastal multiplier. Delivery is 30–60 minutes from payment when the roof is visible, or the report is free if a standard order runs past an hour. Tarps after a tropical system are a reason to pause, not a reason to trace blue plastic.
Each order is one pinned building. A Houston warehouse and the office in front of it are two orders if you need both. Notes are where detached garages, casitas, and carports get included or excluded.
How to use the city pages
Read the city page for the metro you actually bid, then order. This hub is only the map. It will not repeat every neighborhood note from those four pages. If you work statewide, the useful habit is matching the SKU to the roof: Basic for a simple gable square count, Premium for tile and cut-up hips, commercial for low-slope sections.

Questions
Do you measure roofs everywhere in Texas?
Yes. Any Texas address is a United States order, including cities without their own page, as long as aerial imagery shows the roof.
Does a Gulf Coast address cost more than a Dallas address?
No. Residential Basic is $16.20 and Premium is $21.83 statewide.
Will you issue a Texas windstorm certificate?
No. Coastal windstorm inspections are a separate process. We provide measurement reports only.
Which Texas cities have their own pages?
Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin. The rest of the state orders from the same form.
