TrueRoofView ("we") provides aerial roof measurement reports at trueroofview.com. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, company, email, phone, and a one-way hashed password (we cannot read your password).
• Order details: property addresses, map coordinates, notes, report type, and order history.
• Payment details: processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation and the last details Stripe shares (e.g. amount, status); we never store full card numbers.
• Technical data: basic server logs (IP, browser, pages) kept for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

To create and deliver reports, send order and delivery emails, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

With service providers that help us operate (hosting, payments, email delivery, imagery providers) under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law.

Retention

Reports and order records are kept in your account library while your account is active and as needed for tax and accounting records. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

Your choices

Email support@trueroofview.com to access, correct, or delete your information. Residents of certain states may have additional rights, which we honor.

Security

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure.
