Cities and open country
Roof Measurement Reports in Nebraska
Nebraska roof measurement reports are a small menu: Omaha has the city detail, Lincoln orders without a clone, and rural metal buildings need to be named or they will be left out.
Omaha versus Lincoln
The Omaha page contrasts river-bluff trees with open west Omaha subdivisions, and it states the snow-cover refund. Lincoln is the other city and does not need that page repeated with the name swapped. Expect composition shingles, hail and wind, and the same winter limit. Council Bluffs, across the river in Iowa, is orderable and is not Nebraska.
Rural roofs and the Sandhills problem of scope
Town roofs in greater Nebraska are usually simple shingle geometry and often a fair Basic order. Farmsteads are where scope goes wrong: the house, the shop, and a metal equipment building are three roofs. Write the list. A pin dropped on the house does not include a Quonset the image happens to show. Open country imagery is generally clear, which is the advantage over a canopy city. Snow is the disadvantage, shared with the northern plains and stated honestly: if the eaves are buried, we refund. Hail season does not change the SKU. It only changes how many addresses you will paste into the form that week.
We do not score hail. Central plains storms produce plenty of it. Your photos carry the condition; the PDF carries squares and pitch.
Price
House reports are $16.20 and $21.83. There is no rural mileage fee because nobody drives the measurement. Delivery is 30–60 minutes from payment. Kansas City is the next place to read if the territory runs south.

Questions
Do you measure Lincoln and rural Nebraska?
Yes. Omaha is the only city page. Lincoln and small-town addresses order on the same form when imagery is clear.
Are farm buildings included automatically?
No. Name them in the notes, or place a separate order if they are separate buildings you need separately.
Can you measure a snow-covered roof?
Not when the edges are hidden. Those orders are refunded.
What does it cost?
Basic is $16.20 and Premium is $21.83 in Omaha, Lincoln, and the rest of the state.
