30–60 minute delivery or it's free

Most reports are delivered within 30–60 minutes of successful payment. If your report is not delivered within 60 minutes of payment, you're entitled to a full refund of that report — and you still keep the report when it's delivered.

What counts

• Clock starts when payment is confirmed and stops when the PDF is emailed and available in your account.
• Applies to standard residential and commercial orders placed with accurate address and pin location.
• Does not apply when imagery is unavailable or too obstructed (we'll notify you and refund in full), during announced maintenance, or when we contact you for clarification on the structure.

Accuracy concerns

If you believe a report is materially wrong (e.g. wrong building measured, missing structure you noted), email us within 30 days with the report ID. We'll re-check and either correct it at no cost or refund the report.

How to request a refund

Email support@trueroofview.com with your order number. Late-delivery refunds are often issued automatically. Refunds return to the original card through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
