Statewide product · not a wind-mit form

Florida Aerial Roof Measurement Reports

Florida aerial roof measurement reports are the same PDF product we sell nationwide, used heavily where tile, wind, and insurance paperwork make a square count matter. This page is the product. The state hub is the regional map.

What you are buying for a Florida address

You are buying geometry. Bid Report $16.20 gives area, predominant pitch, and squares. Premium Roof $21.83 adds the facet and edge detail that tile hips and cut-up gables need. Commercial products start at $44.10 for sectioned and low-slope buildings. Delivery is 30–60 minutes from payment, or the report is free.

You are not buying a wind-mitigation inspection, an OIR-B1-1802, a roof-to-wall photo set, or a statement that a carrier will renew the policy. Those are different trades. Insurers in Florida often ask about roof age and opening protection; our file does not answer age or protection. It answers size and shape.

HVHZ, the rest of the state, and why that changes the roof more than the order

The Florida Building Code’s High-Velocity Hurricane Zone is Miami-Dade and Broward. Tile, flat modified roofs, and strict product approval are everyday subjects there. They are not the same conversation in Orlando, Tampa, or Jacksonville. Duval County is not in the HVHZ. Neither is Hillsborough or Orange.

The order form does not change by county. You still pin the roof and pick a tier. What changes is which tier is honest: a simple shingle gable in north Florida may be a Basic bid, while a concrete-tile hip in Miami-Dade with several valleys is a Premium report. The Florida hub splits the state into regions and links Miami, Orlando, Tampa Bay, and Jacksonville.

Storm season changes the phone volume, not the math

After a tropical system, contractors need squares on many streets at once. Each address is still its own order. We do not rank “hurricane roofs,” and we do not quote claim statistics. If a roof is under a tarp or the imagery predates a tear-off, tell us in the notes. If we cannot see the surface, the refund policy says we refund rather than trace a guess.

The Panhandle, Southwest Florida, and the Keys are orderable as United States addresses even though they do not have their own city page. Use the hub if you want the regional differences before you pick a SKU.

How a Florida order actually moves

Create an account, search the address (United States locations, including every Florida city we can geocode), drop the pin on the correct structure, and pay. Reports land in your account and by email. The sample uses a fictional Miami-Dade residence so the layout is familiar; the figures are not a real house and not a local average.

Need siding on a CBS house as well as the roof? That is walls or Full House, not a bigger roof SKU. Need the legal fine print on late delivery? Refund policy.

Questions

Do you measure roofs everywhere in Florida?

Yes. Florida addresses are part of our United States coverage, anywhere aerial imagery is clear enough to measure. There is no county block in the order flow.

Is this a Florida wind-mitigation inspection?

No. We do not complete wind-mitigation forms, photograph opening protection, or certify roof-to-wall connections. The product is a measurement report.

Does Miami-Dade HVHZ pricing differ?

No. A Premium Roof is $21.83 in Miami-Dade and in Jacksonville. HVHZ changes local building rules, not our rate card.

How fast can I get a Florida roof report?

Most reports are delivered 30–60 minutes after payment. If we miss 60 minutes on a standard order, the report is free.
