Roof Measurement Reports across Florida

This is the Florida map, not the product sheet. South Florida’s High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, the Gulf coast, inland Central Florida, Jacksonville, the Panhandle, and the Keys do not share a roof. They do share an order form.

Southeast: Miami-Dade and Broward

The HVHZ is those two counties. Tile, flat multifamily roofs, and a strict product-approval culture live here. The Miami page is the detailed version. Broward does not have a separate URL; order it the same way. A measurement report still is not an OIR-B1-1802 and not a product approval. The offer itself, prices included, sits on the Florida aerial product page so this hub does not pretend to be a second copy of that sales page.

Gulf, inland, and Northeast

Tampa Bay is Gulf humidity, shingle and tile, and it is outside the HVHZ. Southwest Florida, including Fort Myers and Naples, has no city page and has taken hard hurricane seasons; order those addresses directly and do not expect this site to quote damage totals. Orlando is inland thunderstorms, suburban tile, and low-slope roofs near the tourism corridor. Jacksonville is geographically huge, Duval is not HVHZ, and the beaches do not look like Mandarin.

Panhandle, Big Bend, and the Keys

The Panhandle is a different storm track and a more shingle-and-pine landscape than Miami tile. The Big Bend is lower and wetter. The Keys are exposed, small-lot, and often a poor candidate if the imagery cannot separate neighboring roofs. All three are orderable. None of them changes the price. If imagery after a landfall shows tarps, say so. We refund roofs we cannot see.

Basic remains $16.20 and Premium $21.83 from Pensacola to Key West. The 30–60 minute clock is statewide because it is nationwide. Use the city pages when you have one. Use this hub when you need to remember which region you are actually bidding.

Questions

How is this different from the Florida aerial product page?

The product page explains the PDF, the price, and the wind-mitigation limit. This hub explains how Florida’s regions differ and links the city pages.

Which Florida counties are HVHZ?

Miami-Dade and Broward. Orlando, Tampa Bay, and Jacksonville are outside that zone. The report is not an HVHZ inspection in any county.

Can I order the Panhandle and the Keys?

Yes. They do not need a city page. Any Florida address with clear imagery can be ordered.

Does South Florida cost more?

No. A Premium Roof is $21.83 in every Florida region and in the rest of the United States.
