Roof Measurement Reports in Georgia
Georgia roof measurement reports are three regions pretending to be one state. Atlanta’s tree canopy, Savannah’s coastal wind, and North Georgia’s mountains do not belong in one paragraph of advice.
Atlanta is not Georgia
The Atlanta page is about intown hardwoods versus open suburban shingles, plus low-slope roofs in Midtown. If that is your market, read it and skip the coast. If you also bid Savannah, Brunswick, or the islands, you are in a hurricane-exposed shingle and metal market with flood conversations we do not adjudicate. There is no Savannah city page. Order the address. Do not paste Atlanta canopy advice onto a marsh lot, or coastal wind advice onto Decatur.
South Georgia and the mountains
South Georgia farm metal and simpler ranch shingles photograph well because the land is open. Pine straw can still hide an eave. North Georgia cabins bring steeper pitches, some snow, and roofs tucked into shade. Premium matters more when the pitch changes across a cabin than when the ranch is a single gable. We do not pull county permits in either place.
The fee is $16.20 or $21.83. Commercial buildings, including coastal low-slope roofs, start at $44.10. Standard delivery is 30–60 minutes. Obstructed roofs, whether from Atlanta trees or a tarp after a coastal storm, are refunded.
A practical split for estimating desks
Keep Atlanta bids on the Atlanta notes, and treat the rest of the state as “visible ranch, cabin, or coast” before you pick Basic or Premium. Charlotte is the next Piedmont city if you cross into North Carolina. The product behind every Georgia address is the same aerial report sold nationwide.

Questions
Do you measure Savannah and North Georgia, or only Atlanta?
The whole state. Only Atlanta has a city page. Every other Georgia address orders from the same form when imagery is clear.
Are coastal Georgia reports a different price?
No. Basic is $16.20 and Premium is $21.83 on the coast and in Atlanta.
Will you inspect hurricane damage on the coast?
No. We measure visible geometry. Damage, tarps, and insurance coverage are outside the report.
What if trees cover an Atlanta roof?
The Atlanta page covers that case. If the planes are hidden, the order is refunded.
