By creating an account or ordering a report you agree to these terms.

The service

TrueRoofView produces measurement reports from aerial and satellite imagery for estimating purposes. Reports are estimates; image date, tree cover, and obstructions can affect results. Verify critical dimensions on site before ordering materials or signing contracts.

Accounts

You are responsible for your login credentials and all orders placed with your account. Provide accurate information and confirm the correct structure on the map.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown before checkout in U.S. dollars and charged per report through Stripe. We may change prices for future orders.

License to reports

You may use reports for your own business, including sharing with your customers, insurers, and suppliers for the property ordered. You may not resell reports as a data product or use them to build a competing database.

Disclaimer & liability

Reports are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those in our Refund & Delivery Guarantee. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that report.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. Governing law: State of Florida, USA.
