Roof Measurement Reports in Orlando, FL

Orlando roof measurements are an inland problem: afternoon storms, suburban tile and shingle, and commercial low-slope around the tourism corridor. The city is not in Florida’s High-Velocity Hurricane Zone. The report is still geometry, delivered as a PDF.

Inland storms, not a coastal code

Orange County takes hurricanes as weakening systems and takes hail and straight-line wind from regular thunderstorms. That mix shows up in the housing stock. Master-planned areas in Osceola and east Orange often combine concrete tile with hip roofs. Older Winter Park streets and mature oaks hide eaves. Kissimmee’s rental neighborhoods turn over roofs on a schedule set by investors, which means the image date matters: last year’s outline may be a different covering.

None of Orange, Osceola, or Seminole is in the HVHZ. Do not copy a Miami-Dade product-approval conversation onto an Orlando bid and expect our PDF to referee it. We will not tell you which underlayment the code wants. We will tell you area and pitch. Contractors who need the edge lengths on a tile hip should order Premium, not the short bid.

Commercial roofs that are not the theme parks

A house SKU is the wrong tool for a wide, low-slope retail or hotel roof along the International Drive and airport side of the city. Those buildings belong on a commercial report, one pin per building. We do not have a special venue price, and we do not claim access to any attraction’s property beyond a normal United States address you are allowed to order.

Short-term rentals add a different paperwork habit: owners ask for squares when an insurer asks for roof facts. Squares are not roof age. If the only goal is documenting condition, you need photos from the ground or the roof, not an aerial takeoff.

Ordering an Orlando address

Search the street, then zoom. Lake-adjacent lots and curved subdivision streets geocode cleanly if you include the city. HOA documents are irrelevant to the measure; they matter when you choose a material, which is your scope. Notes help when a casita or a lanai should be included.

Delivery is 30–60 minutes after payment or the report is free. A Bid Report is $16.20 and Premium is $21.83, the same as Miami and Tampa Bay. Read the Florida product page if you want the statewide offer, and the hub if you work more than one region.

Questions

Do you measure roofs in Orlando and Kissimmee?

Yes. Orlando, Kissimmee, Winter Park, and the rest of Central Florida can be ordered as United States addresses when imagery is clear.

Is Orlando in the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone?

No. The HVHZ is Miami-Dade and Broward. An Orlando report is the same measurement product, not an HVHZ inspection.

Can you measure a low-slope commercial building near the airport?

Order a commercial product. Commercial Bid is $44.10 and is built for section area rather than a house square count.

How fast is an Orlando roof report?

Most files arrive 30–60 minutes after payment. The clock is the same statewide.
