Elevation changes the roof

Roof Measurement Reports in Colorado

Colorado roof measurement reports have to respect elevation. Denver’s hail is not a Grand Junction roof, and neither is a mountain town under snow. We measure geometry. We do not compute snow loads.

Front Range, high plains, western slope

The Denver page covers the Front Range metro: hail to the east, more snow toward the foothills, and a winter rule that buried eaves are refunded. Colorado Springs and Boulder do not get cloned pages. They share the Front Range pattern and order as ordinary United States addresses. High-plains towns east of the metro are open, shingled, and hail-exposed, with fewer trees than a Denver foothill lot.

The western slope, including Grand Junction, is a different dryness and a different building stock. Mountain towns add snow, steeper roofs, and metal. If the image is white, do not expect a June-quality trace in January. Structural snow load, drift, and ice-dam design are engineering. Pitch on the PDF is not a design load.

Impact-resistant shingles, stated carefully

Front Range owners ask contractors about impact-resistant shingles after hail. We do not identify the class of the shingle on the roof and we do not quote a discount. Your specification names the product. Our file names the squares and the edges.

That file is $16.20 or $21.83 for a house, with commercial SKUs for flat roofs in the cities. Delivery is 30–60 minutes when the surface is visible. The refund policy is the snow clause, written for every state and felt most often here and in Minnesota.

One account for the whole state

You do not need a Front Range account and a mountain account. Pin the correct cabin or the correct suburb, and write “house only” if a detached garage should stay out. United States coverage is nationwide, so a job that jumps to Cheyenne is still orderable. It is just not a Colorado roof, and this page will not pretend Wyoming is in scope.

Questions

Do you measure mountain towns and the western slope?

Yes, when imagery shows the roof. Snow cover is the usual reason a mountain order is refunded instead.

Do you calculate Colorado snow loads?

No. Snow load is structural engineering. We report area and pitch for estimating.

Is Denver the only city page?

Yes. Colorado Springs, Boulder, Fort Collins, and Grand Junction order without their own landing pages.

What does it cost?

Basic is $16.20 and Premium is $21.83 at any Colorado elevation.
