Roof Measurement Reports in Tennessee

Middle: Nashville

The Nashville page covers Davidson and Williamson: infill gables, suburban hips, hail and tornado risk, and a refusal to map damage. Read that page if the pin is in the metro. The rest of Middle Tennessee, including smaller towns along the interstates, orders without a second write-up. Barns and rear additions still need a note.

East and west

East Tennessee’s ridges bring steeper roofs, some winter weather, and cabins that photograph in shadow. Chattanooga and Knoxville are United States addresses without city pages. A cabin with a porch roof at a shallower pitch than the main house is the usual place a single “predominant pitch” misleads the material list, which is why those jobs lean Premium. West Tennessee, Memphis included, is hotter, more humid, and closer to the Mississippi embayment’s storm pattern than to a Smoky Mountain cabin. Shingles dominate the cities. Metal shows up on porches and rural buildings. We will not rank tornado outbreaks or quote losses. If the roof is gone, the image is not a bid.

Flash flooding is a site problem in several of these regions. It does not change squares. Veneer and siding belong on a wall report.

One rate card for all three

Basic $16.20, Premium $21.83, 30–60 minutes when the roof is visible. Atlanta and Charlotte are the neighboring metros for desks that cross state lines. Nationwide coverage means a Memphis suburb in Mississippi can be ordered too. It is not “Tennessee” just because the crew is based in Memphis.
