Same-Day Aerial Roof Measurement Reports
A same-day roof measurement report, on this site, means the PDF is due in 30–60 minutes of payment, not “sometime tomorrow.” That clock is the product, and it is backed by the delivery guarantee.
What “same day” is measured against
The refund policy starts the clock when payment is confirmed and stops it when the PDF is emailed and available in your account. Most reports finish inside 30–60 minutes. If a standard order passes 60 minutes, you are entitled to a full refund and you still keep the report when it arrives.
That is stronger than a vague same-day promise, and it is also more precise. An order paid at 11:40 p.m. can cross midnight inside a 60-minute window. Judge us on elapsed time, not on the calendar date. There is no extra fee for that speed. Basic is still $16.20 and Premium is still $21.83.
When the clock does not run
Three cases are written down so they do not surprise you. Imagery unavailable or too obstructed: we tell you and refund in full, and we do not owe a late file we could not make. Announced maintenance. A pause while we ask you to clarify the structure, for example which of two buildings on a parcel you pinned.
You shorten the third case with a careful pin and a note (“include the detached garage,” “front building only”). How it works is the whole path: account, address, pin, tier, Stripe, PDF.
Same-day does not mean same-hour site visit
Nobody drives to the house. The measurement is from aerial and satellite imagery, for a United States address, nationwide, wherever that imagery is clear. A same-day drone visit is a different service other firms may sell. We do not dispatch aircraft.
The file is still an estimate. Speed does not remove the duty to verify critical dimensions before you order materials. If you need to see the fields first, use the sample while you create an account. It is a fictional roof, so it will not match your job.
Which tier to pick when the homeowner is waiting
If they want a budget range and the roof is a simple gable, Basic is the faster decision and the lower price. If you will write a real proposal today, Premium is usually the file that does not force a second order for hip and valley lengths. Commercial buildings use the commercial SKUs; the clock is the same.
Storm weeks feel urgent in Florida, the hail plains, and anywhere a carrier deadline is involved. The order flow does not prioritize by state. Each address is queued as a paid order. Place one order per building.

Questions
Are roof reports really delivered the same day?
The promise is 30–60 minutes from confirmed payment, which is same-day in ordinary business hours. Very late payments can cross midnight; the guarantee is elapsed time, not the date on the calendar.
What if the report is late?
If a standard order is not delivered within 60 minutes of payment, you are entitled to a full refund and you still receive the report when it is delivered.
Is there a rush fee?

Do you serve only some states with same-day delivery?
No. The same delivery rule applies to United States addresses nationwide, as long as we can get clear aerial imagery.
