Commercial Roof Measurement Reports
Commercial roof measurement reports cover flat, low-slope, and multi-section buildings that a house SKU describes badly. TrueRoofView prices them as their own products, starting at $44.10.
Why the commercial menu is separate
A residential Bid Report ($16.20) assumes a house-scale pitched roof. A retail box, a garden-style apartment building, or a warehouse with several roof sections needs a commercial product. Commercial Bid (Basic) is $44.10 and is sold as total area and roof sections for a bid. Commercial Premium is $72.00 and adds detailed sections, perimeter, a penetrations overview, and drainage notes.
Commercial 3D is $89.10 and is listed as Commercial Premium plus a 3D model of the roof sections and parapets. Read that description on pricing before you select it. The house sample PDF is a pitched residence, not a commercial specimen. The sample page includes a short fictional commercial sketch, clearly marked as an illustration, so you can see the kind of figures (sections, area, perimeter, pitch) the structure is built to hold.
Flat and low-slope, without pretending to be an engineer
On a low-slope roof the number you need first is usually section area and perimeter, not a shingle square count alone. Pitch may be a quarter-inch per foot rather than 6/12. Drainage notes on the Premium commercial product are notes. They are not a stamped drainage design, a structural opinion, or a warranty of ponding performance.
Penetrations overview means we call out the penetrations the imagery supports. It is not a core-cut log and it will not see a curb hidden by a screen or a unit swapped after the image date. Use the order notes to flag a known addition or a canopy you need included.
Who this is for
Commercial roofers pricing a recover or a tear-off. Property managers who want a section area before they call three contractors. Multifamily estimators dealing with several buildings on one campus: order a report per building, because each order is one address and one pin.
If the “commercial” job is really a fourplex with a hip roof, a residential Premium report may be the better fit. The order form shows both groups. When the walls matter too, that is still a residential wall product, described on the wall report page, not a commercial roof SKU.
Delivery across the United States
The same 30–60 minute clock and the same imagery rule apply. We measure United States addresses nationwide wherever the roof is visible. A membrane hidden under a deep equipment well, or a building photographed through a snow load, may be refunded instead of forced.
Large sites are where the pin matters most. Satellite context can snap to the wrong suite in a strip center. Zoom in, put the pin on the correct roof, and write the suite or building letter in the notes. How it works shows the steps. City pages such as Houston, Chicago, and Phoenix talk about local low-slope stock if you want that context before you order.

Questions
How much is a commercial roof measurement report?
Commercial Bid is $44.10. Commercial Premium is $72.00. Commercial 3D is $89.10. Residential house reports are cheaper and are the wrong product for a large low-slope building.
Do commercial reports include a drainage study?
Commercial Premium includes drainage notes. That is not a stamped engineering design and it does not certify that the roof drains correctly.
Can one order cover a whole campus?
Each order is one address and one pinned building. Place a separate order for each building you need measured.
How fast is commercial delivery?
Standard commercial orders use the same 30–60 minute delivery guarantee as residential orders, with the same exceptions when imagery is unusable.
