Roof Measurement Report Cost Guide
A roof measurement report at TrueRoofView costs $16.20 to $89.10 in 2026, depending on the product. That range is our checkout menu, not an industry average.
The short answer
Residential Bid Report: $16.20. Premium Roof: $21.83. Residential 3D: $44.10. Walls: $36.00. Walls plus windows and doors: $60.75. Full House: $81.90. Commercial Bid: $44.10. Commercial Premium: $72.00. Commercial 3D: $89.10.
You pay one of those amounts per address. There is no subscription, no minimum, and no “contact us for the price.” The pricing page is the same list with order buttons. Card payment runs through Stripe. We never see your full card number.
What changes the price
The building type and the detail, nothing else we hide at checkout. A simple square count is Basic. Facet pitch and edge lengths are Premium. A warehouse is a commercial SKU, not a residential report with a surprise fee. Siding area is a wall SKU. Geography does not change the rate: a Miami roof and a Minneapolis roof use the same card if you pick the same product.
Other companies price differently. Some sell subscriptions, some price by roof size, some bundle software. We do not publish their rates. If your comparison is specifically EagleView, use the EagleView cost page, which explains why a single dollar figure from a blog is a bad source.
What the money includes, and what it does not
It includes the PDF measurement report for the pinned building, stored on your account and emailed, on the 30–60 minute clock. If we miss 60 minutes on a standard order, you are refunded and you still keep the report. If imagery cannot support a measure, you are refunded and there is no file. Both rules are in the refund policy.
It does not include a site visit, a drone dispatch, an inspection, permits, or an estimating-software file. ESX details are explicit about that last point. Material orders, waste judgment, and code compliance stay with you. The sample is free to view and is not a paid report for a real address.
How to avoid buying the wrong tier
Open the sample. If your bid only needs squares and one pitch, Basic is the match. If the roof has hips and valleys, Premium is usually the cheaper decision because the edge lengths are what the supplier invoice follows. If you are pricing siding, do not buy a second roof report and hope; order walls or Full House.
Volume pricing is not on the public menu. Email support if you have a recurring desk that wants to talk about it. Until there is a written quote, the table on this page is the price.
