TrueRoofView Report Pricing, Explained

TrueRoofView report pricing is a flat menu from Guini Productions LLC, the company that owns and operates the site. You pay for one PDF, at the tier you select. This page says what that money includes, what it leaves with you, and why the delivery promise is 30–60 minutes or free.

A tier, not a quote

Residential Bid Report is $16.20. Premium Roof is $21.83. Residential 3D is $44.10. Walls are $36.00, openings are $60.75, and Full House is $81.90. Commercial Bid is $44.10, Commercial Premium is $72.00, and Commercial 3D is $89.10. Those are the checkout lines. The pricing page is the same list with order buttons. The cost guide is the short version if you only want the span from the lowest house report to Commercial 3D.

An account is free. There is no monthly fee and no minimum order. Card payment runs through Stripe, and we do not keep your full card number. If a desk later asks about volume in writing, that conversation is separate. Until a written quote exists, the table on this page is the price.

What a house tier includes

The Bid Report fee buys total roof area, predominant pitch, and squares for the building you pinned. Squares are that area divided by 100. When area is measured, the PDF also shows a waste table from 0–20%. It does not buy pitch on every facet, and it does not buy hip, valley, ridge, rake, or eave lengths.

The Premium fee buys those missing lines: a facet diagram, pitch by facet, and the edge lengths. That is the file to open when you are writing a material list rather than a rough range. The sample report is a fictional Premium specimen so you can see the page before you pay. Its squares are not a local average.

The 3D fee buys the Premium measurements plus an interactive model you can rotate and share. The extra dollars are the model. They are not a rush upgrade. Bid, Premium, and 3D share one delivery window, described below and on same-day reports.

Commercial roofs and the exterior

Commercial Bid buys total area and roof sections for a commercial building. Commercial Premium adds detailed sections, perimeter, a penetrations overview, and drainage notes. Those notes are not a stamped drainage design. Commercial 3D adds a model of the sections and parapets. A house price is the wrong line for a warehouse. The commercial guide is where that boundary is spelled out.

Walls buy wall area and elevations for a siding estimate. The openings tier adds window and door counts the imagery supports. Full House is Premium roof data plus walls plus openings, sold as one report when the contract covers both surfaces. Ordering another roof PDF will not fill in the siding. Wall reports are the scope to read first.

Delivery, refunds, and moving up

The price includes the PDF for that pin, emailed and kept in your account. The clock starts when payment is confirmed and stops when the file is available. If a standard order passes 60 minutes, you are refunded and you still keep the report when it arrives. If the imagery is too obstructed to measure, you are refunded and there is no file. Both rules live in the refund policy. Geography does not add a surcharge.

The price does not include a ladder visit, a drone dispatch, an inspection, a permit, or an estimating-software download. You still choose waste, order materials, and check critical dimensions on site. If a delivered Bid Report turns out to need edges or a model, upgrade that same roof to Premium or 3D and pay only the difference. How to choose a report starts from the job. What’s in the file is the field list.

Questions

Is TrueRoofView pricing per report or per month?

Per report. An account is free to create. You pay the published price of the tier you select at checkout. There is no subscription on the public menu.

Does a larger house cost more?

Not on the residential card. Bid, Premium, and 3D are flat prices. A large low-slope or multi-section building should be ordered as a commercial product, which has its own flat price.

Is the 30–60 minute delivery included?

Yes. Standard orders include delivery within 30–60 minutes of confirmed payment. If we miss 60 minutes, the report is free and you still receive it. Unusable imagery is refunded instead.

What does the report price leave out?

A site visit, an inspection, permits, and an estimating-software file are not included. The PDF is geometry for your own estimate. Verify critical dimensions on site before you order materials.
