How to Choose a TrueRoofView Report
Pick the TrueRoofView report that matches the decision you are about to make. A Bid Report is area, predominant pitch, and squares. Premium adds the edge lengths a material list uses. 3D adds a model you can show someone who will not read the tables. You pay for the tier you select, and the PDF is due in 30–60 minutes or it is free.
Start from the job, then pick the tier
The order form lists more than one roof product because a first square count, a full edge takeoff, and a model for a kitchen-table conversation are not the same file. Choosing from the job keeps a simple gable from carrying edge lengths you will not use, and keeps a cut-up roof from being bid on a single pitch.
Three questions sort most houses. Is this a budget range, or a number that will land on a proposal? Do hips, valleys, dormers, or a porch change the waste and the cap? Does anyone besides the estimator need to see the shape? House size is a weak guide. A small hip roof can need Premium. A large, plain gable often does not.
Bid, Premium, and 3D
Bid Report (Basic) is $16.20. It reports total roof area, predominant pitch, and squares. Order it when you already trust the shape, or when you want a first number before you decide the job is real. If the PDF includes a measured area, it also reprints that area as a waste table from 0–20%. You pick the factor. The table does not.
Premium Roof is $21.83. It is the report to order when more than one pitch will move the material list: a facet diagram, pitch on each facet, and lengths for ridges, hips, valleys, rakes, and eaves. The sample report is that layout on a fictional Miami-Dade residence. The street address is withheld. Those figures illustrate the page. They are not your job.
3D Roof is $44.10. It includes the Premium measurements and adds an interactive model you can rotate and share. Choose it when a homeowner or a property manager needs to look at the roof, not when your only need is the linear lengths. If the lengths are the whole point, Premium is the smaller order and the same geometry.
When the house menu is the wrong menu
A retail box, a warehouse, or a building split into low-slope sections belongs on a commercial SKU. Commercial Bid is $44.10 for total area and sections. Commercial Premium is $72.00 and adds detailed sections, perimeter, a penetrations overview, and drainage notes. Commercial 3D is $89.10. The commercial roof page is the longer note on that split. A fourplex with a hip roof can still be a residential Premium.
Siding is its own surface. Walls start at $36.00. The next tier adds window and door openings the imagery supports. Full House, at $81.90, is Premium roof plus walls plus openings, for a contract that replaces both. A second roof order will not produce wall area. Wall reports describe that scope before you check out.
Start on Bid, then move up the same roof
After a Bid Report is delivered, you can upgrade that same pin to Premium or 3D. We credit what you already paid and charge the difference. A commercial bid works the same way toward Commercial Premium or Commercial 3D. The upgrade follows the building you already ordered. A detached garage or the suite next door is a new order, with its own pin.
The tier does not buy a faster clock or a site visit. Standard orders are due in 30–60 minutes from confirmed payment, or the report is free under the refund policy. If the imagery cannot support a measure, we refund and we do not send a guessed diagram. How it works is the path from address to PDF. Every published dollar amount is on pricing and unpacked in pricing explained.

Questions
Which TrueRoofView report should I order?
Order Bid Report when you need area, predominant pitch, and squares. Order Premium when hips, valleys, or more than one pitch will change the material list. Order 3D when you also want a model to show the homeowner.
Can I upgrade a Bid Report after I see it?
Yes. Once the Bid Report is delivered, you can upgrade that same roof to Premium or 3D. The bid price is credited and you pay the difference. A commercial bid can move up to Commercial Premium or Commercial 3D the same way.
Is the 3D report a different measurement than Premium?
No. 3D includes the Premium measurements and adds an interactive model. It is still an aerial estimate. It is not a site visit or a roof inspection.
What if the building is not a house?
Order a commercial product for a large, low-slope, or multi-section roof. Order Walls or Full House when the contract includes siding. Each order measures one pinned building.
